Fox News reported that UGA Police Chief Jeffrey Clark announced that police charged Jose Antonio Ibarra with felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and other crimes against the UGA nursing student Laken Riley. Authorities further stated the suspect is an illegal immigrant and that the evidence is robust.
Upon learning that the killer was an illegal immigrant, liberal outlets such as the HuffPost left that fact out. US News and World Report refuse to update their morning story that reported an “unnamed person of interest” was in custody.
Meanwhile, CNN, which has turned a corner and improved its reporting quality, previously reported very fairly on the Texas tragedy where earlier an illegal immigrant murdered five including a child:
The man wanted by law enforcement for the killings of five Texas neighbors – including a 9-year-old boy – had entered the US illegally and been deported by immigration officials at least four times, a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement source said. The suspect, identified by ICE as Francisco Oropesa Perez-Torres, was first removed by an immigration judge in March 2009, the ICE source told CNN on Monday.

While, in contrast, January 6th protesters suffer immense sentences for the non-violent petitioning of their government.
The blood is squarely on Joe Biden, who is the leader of an invasion of the United States, forcing ICE to provide sanctuary to millions of illegal immigrants in the United States and cut fences to let illegals in, and suing Texas when it sought to stop them.
